Create a video blog...instantly.

It is different for everyone and a lot of factors play into it. But I believe the books say you should gain between 20 -30 lbs. Don't stress about the weight gain just take care of yourself. If you nurse after you may get the wonderful nursing weight loss.

Good luck!

Caffeinated Content - Members-Only Content for WordPress

Are you normal weight for your height or underweight? If you're normal weight, docs say you should gain 35 lbs, but if you're underweight they say 45 lbs. In reality women gain all different weights during pregnancy so keep your diet complete, lay off the junk food, and exercise regularly and even if you gain 70 lbs you'll be fine. You can gain 70 lbs and still lose it all after you have the baby.
