The PacSun jeans were "venice skinny jeans" in black, and the Charlotte Russe were dark blue "iris skinny jeans". I also saw some good ones at Anchor Blue. A lot of stores have "short" sizes now. Oh, you might also want to try Delias, I know they have good jeans with very short inseams. And I almost forgot-- if skinny jeans are a little long, just let them scrunch up at the ends, the slouchy look is very fashionable so just wear them that way on purpose! Good luck!
