Wheres a good place to shop for petite/slender/short jeans?

I’m 16 years old, 4ft 11in and weight 82 pounds. I always have a hard time finding jeans that are comfortable and fit right. They’re always too long or the right length but don’tt fit around my hips right. Its hard to find jeans when school is weeks away. Right now I have two pairs of jeans that fit the way I want. Normally if I find a pair that I like and theyre too long I go get them altered but Im tired of it. Any suggestions on where I could find some jeans?
Also I really like skinny jeans but with my size they are almost impossible to find

    go to charlotte russe
    get 0 or 00 and get short
    its very hard finding hte 0 short i use to be like that i hated it but charlotte russe i could always find my sizzes easily so yea :D o and pacsun is good too

    I am petite as well and I just got some skinny jeans that I LOVE from Charlotte Russe and PacSun. The PacSun jeans were “venice skinny jeans” in black, and the Charlotte Russe were dark blue “iris skinny jeans”. I also saw some good ones at Anchor Blue. A lot of stores have “short” sizes now. Oh, you might also want to try Delias, I know they have good jeans with very short inseams.

    And I almost forgot– if skinny jeans are a little long, just let them scrunch up at the ends, the slouchy look is very fashionable so just wear them that way on purpose!
