I am 5' 7" but I wear Petites quite often. The reason is that with pregnancy my spine curved and shortened. Now I am extremely short waisted even though my legs are the same length. I can't always wear the pants if they are too short, but the jackets, blouses, tops and certain suits are perfect for me. So again, you are a Petite if the clothes fit you. One option that is sort of out of the box thinking... try the teens and girls sections. I have the opposite problem as you in that I need shorter tops and you need shorter bottoms.
