    macy’s has some petite dresses. most major department store websites have petite lines. try nordstrom, jcpenny, sears, etc.

    Delia*s might be a good place to try for dresses. They specialize in juniors clothes, but that should work for small women. Overstock.com also has a very wide variety in their selections - check them out!
