How do you determine what size you are in numbers (as in sizes 0-14)?

go with your pants size basically.
and uhm do u wear petite pants or regular pants?

Victoria’s Secret runs large just so you know.
This is their size chart:
XS XS S S M M L L
0 2 4 6 8 10 12 14
Thus, if you are a smaller medium, go for an 8. But if you are a M in Juniors, opt for a 6.
Petite refers to length and proportions according to height. If you are short, go for petite.
