A tailor is excellent. All the clothes that they make, will fit you perfectly through out all of your pregnency. Plus its cheap.

You may not even have to buy maternity stuff until you get far along and need stretchy stuff. You could probably just go up in sizes, just try on stuff as you get bigger.
