I live in New York and the street fashion here is very artsy/edgy - unusual combinations of silhouettes, colors and textures. I wouldn’t go with such a heavy looking hat in summer - go for lighter and brighter colors. And try wearing things like tunic tops and minidresses over tights with ballet flats. Use colors of the same intensity. A couple of places to find tops like these are or your local TJMaxx, Charlotte-Russe and Filene’s.

You should shop at Macy’s or Aeropostale. They have great clothes for people like you. Also Old Navy which has some cool stuff, and can be very affordable.

You could use that hat if you’re just out to walk or something. You can pair it up with shorts, then tank top and flats/flipflops.

Ok some stores that i can recommend would be: Urban outfitters, free people, Anthropology, and you can always trust vintage botique shops, they will have one of a kind items!

the hat isnt great..srry. try tank tops, tube tops, FLIP FLOPS, and short shorts. some good stores for that stuff is abercrombie,hollister,pac sun,urban outfitters,tillys, bacicly anywhere…
