Where is the best place to shop clothes for petite/slender teens?

I am 4 ft 11 in., 100 lbs. and I can never find anything to wear! I usually shop at A&F, A&E, HCO, Mauries etc… But their prices are outrageous.. And I am tired of never being able to find clothes that fit me that I actually enjoy wearing! Is there any website or particular store that caters to petite teens?

    i shop there alot.

    Forever 21, Tillys, Victorias Secret PINK, Pacsun, Nordstrom BP section, and Betsey Johnson. Those are all brands that teens can shop at!
