Where can a petite girl find clothes that fit her?

I have a real hard time shopping for clothes since I’m a very petite girl. I’m 22 years old, 4″11″ and weights 87lbs. I have no problems finding tops but bottoms are really hard to find. I sometimes shop in the kids section but the thing about kids clothing is that the waist will rise up to my stomach. Aeropostale, they carry 00, and they are comfortable. I have to shop there to or wear kids clothes : (

I am the exact same size as you and I get my jeans from Charlotte Russe. (I wear a size 0 short there)

you can go on the american eagle website. they have 00’s and you can custome the size, they have petites. or try abercrombie kids or abercrombie and fitch. if they’re too long you can always get them altered.
