Sure no problem. It gives her an idea too what clothes you’d like her to wear. Just get the smallest size since she’s petite. And since you’re thinking of buying her a shirt, it’s safe because they’re neither too loose nor too tight.

you cn find a costume of the santa clause for her..
i think its called the mary clause for the girls..
it comes in skirts and should be worn with boots.

In my oponion I think you should get her something else. There is always, jewlery, kitchen cookware, i-pods (yes even adults love them),and really nice gift baskets at bath and body works. I think if you want to get clothes, you should get her a gift certificate to her favorite store or you can go to customer service at the mall and get her a gift certificate to the whole mall. I think the best bet would be to raid her closet or observe what she likes to wear the most.

Not to mention, what she looks the most attractive in.

Then check the sizes, brand, and head to that store and get something similar. If you can pair that shirt with a sweater that matches, you are golden.

Throw a pair of socks in the box too. She will love you. Think about what color pants it will go with and match it.

A lot of women are wearing cami tops under shirts as well. Petitie women look great in them, so get one that matches.

Shop in stores for someone her age. how old is she?

Oh yes! I am 5′1″ and only petite fits right. If she is of average weight for her height, 2P or 4P probably. Sneak a peek at a label. Good stores for petite are NY&Co., Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots ( for moms like me). If she is a teen there is less petite available, but American Eagle has petite pants as well as Gap.

dont give her a gift cetificate, they are too impersonal…take her to the mall yourself and buy it with her…or ask for her size, she will get excited and get something kick azz for you….also i advise give two totally different styles(if you dont know her taste), so if anything she likes at least one shirt.

maybe give her a gift certificate? its kinda touchy buying clothes for a woman! “petite” wont always fit every body.. it depends on the shirt/body/clothing line…
