Ann Taylor carries petite clothing, as does Talbots, Banana Republic, Levis, Gap, Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, Macys, Sears, and JCPenney’s.

Goody’s, Talbot’s, Belk, JC Penney’s, Ross Dress for Less to name a few. Of course your age and if you wear regular or plus size petite would make a difference where your style would be found.

banana republic has a nice collection. Good way to start.
Also, if you have the budget, Bebe clothing are made small (for asian woman), so you would fare well with small or xs in their collection.
Good luck!
