Are there any stores that are known for their petite clothing?

so, i’m short and it’s a pain to find clothes. everything is too long. sometimes petites are even too long. i’m 5′4 1/2…i need to get some workout pants that aren’t 5 inches too long. i prefer to not buy anything online though.
