I am 5′6 I weigh 120 lbs my body fat percentage is 18%. My ****** size is a full 34b/ small 34c. I wear a size 0/2 in clothing. I have a small frame and a thin athletic build. But I think petite means short I’m 5′6 so I don’t really consider myself short.

5 6 is not really petite for a female, I would say anything under 5 feet 2 is

Yes petite generally means a small build which includes height. You’re thin, but I’d say more average.

Petite - for clothing - means under 5′ 4
It is only about your height.
You can actually be fat AND petite… for example, they sell size 14 in petite.

That’s not petite, that’s TOO skinny!
Petite just means short, like 5′0 to 5′2. I’m 5′3 and petite clothing is often too short for me.

no you are not petite, you are just slim…..I`m 5`,2 and a size 0 and i weigh 95 lbs…I`m petite because I`m short and small….you are not short so that makes u just slim=)…Which is good

You are average because yes, petite means short when it comes to clothing size.
You can buy petite clothing in size 12 which is not slim when you are 5′ 1, they just fit proportionately on that size of frame.

you’re not always considered petite but sometimes petite clothes can fit, for me usually i can wear petite shirts and dresses because my legs are really long. but i feel your pain if you have trouble with pants because nothing comes in a 0 long

petite does not mean short it means tiny.actually 5′6 is a perfect height it is neither short nor giant size it is a normal size.dont you worry for small things.
