Where can i find some nice dresses in kids sizes for a pageant im in? like cute dressy ones not kids styles?

All the dresses i see are either in juniors or adults and im in kids sizes and im very petite. im in a size 4 shoes in kids and i really need to find a place with some heels in kids sizes all the other ones styles aren’t cute at all there all to childish. i need a place to find some cute maybe like elegant yet cute dresses thats a store not ordered online where i can buy a dress for the beauty pageant i got into.
