Where can i find size 4 high heels?

Size 4 in kids is the same as a size 6 in womans. So you should be able to find them anywhere.

u can shop at a kids store but the heels will be really small or u can get closed toe hells and stuff the toes or u can just get small womens shoes

Petite size
They are not cheap, but Cole Haan has a limited selection of actual women’s shoes (as opposed to kiddie heels) down to a size 4.

i am 18 years old too and am short. i wear size 3 in childrens and ive been looking for high heels that fit me for a long time now. i tried buying size 5 high heels and i put in 2 heel grips and stuffed the toes with kleenex and they were still too big! if you find out let me know! good luck!
