Where can I find a cute (longer) sleeved hoodie in a womens size small?

I’m looking for a long sleeved hoodie for my sister she is in her early 20’s , the problem is she is petite and very tall . She loves graphic hoodies , but they don’t fit her arms quit right . She recently went to American Eagle hoping to find some on sale but was disappointed with the length of the sleeves . Can anyone HELP me find something youthful PLEASE !!!
