okay this is from SEVENTEEN
tthere's a whole section about denim heres what it says:

PETITETHIN
look for: boot-cut leans
a little flare, like on Mavi jeans, adds curves to your small fram and makes you look taller.

A long cardigan visually lenthens your middle

you style checklist:
-pick a 30 inseam- it won't need to be hemmed
-wear dark, barly faded jeans to seem longer
-avoid wide legs, which can overwhelm a small figure

Create a video blog...instantly.

I think you can wear skinny jeans. At least try them on. You said you don't have the typical hourglass shape, you don't have hips, and you're slim, which is perfect for skinny jeans. If you had curves it's make your body look more disproptionate. However, if you don't like the way they look on you, then you can get jeans that are tighter up at your thighs and waist, but flare out only a little bit at the bottom.

Go to different stores, and try on different types of jeans, that'll help you get more of a sense of what looks good on you. Plus, you might find more straight cuts that seem less atrocious to you. I really think that from your description, that skinny jeans would look great on you though.

my favorite is may yo as# jeans. The bigger your butt, the bigger the map of a country. They look great and it's very educational
