Create a video blog...instantly.

If you have a waist of 23-24, then any designer jean with size 24 should fit fine. I'm with a 26 waist, and usually I can buy Seven for All Mankind Jeans off the rack without trying, or Paige Jeans. If you're looking for a deal on them, Neiman's is currrently having a sale on pants, and usually there's a lot of size 24s. If they're too long, you can always get them altered, as from my experience, designer jeans don't sag in the tushie (butt) as much as AF or Hollister jeans. Just try experimenting and shopping until you find a favorite brand that fits best, my personal favorite being Seven for All Mankind, as they don't sag in the tushie, fit nicely on my legs, and aren't too low cut.

You might wanna try Banana Republic's petites collection. My roomie is about your size and has had really good luck with their stuff. The inseams run about 29 inches, and from your measurements you'd probably be a size 0 or 2. I'm not sure how much casual stuff there is but I know they have a lot of really cute work/dressy pants.

Create a video blog

my only advice with this (i'm a very similar size but i'm 5'4) is just try them on before you buy them. it sucks, but i've found that if i buy some name brands, i wear between a 0-4, and other brands i wear between a 5-7! theres no magic number with brands because every brand has a different definition of what is small, medium or large based off of their typical consumer.
Example: a dress i bought recently, i almost didn't buy because it was a medium, and most brands, a medium is 8-10. the woman told me their sizes ran small so i should try it on. it ended up fitting me like a glove, and if it had been any smaller, it wouldn't have fit me. thats when i found out that comany mostly markets to teen asian girls, so their 'medium' is actually a size four.
