try hollister 1 shorts; thats my size haha. theyre really good quality jeans; ive had a pair for 3 years that are worn at least twice a week by either me or my freind who always steals them from me [thats how much she loves them]. also, theyre the only shorts that acutally fit me everywhere else. it really depends on body type. your hips seem like the perfect size to fit 1’s. good luck =]

Instead of using boot cut (straight leg jeans), try hip huggers they are made looser in the hip area and since they hug your hips you can size up one for a better fit.

Well i know that they sell a lot of pettie clothes at JC Penneys and at other department stores such as Macy’s but you could also check out american eagle (they sell pants in sizes 00-15 and they come in short,regular, and long) You can also check out urban behavior, they too sell short pants.
