As a man, the most obvious response on how to fit larger busted, petite women is manually, but in all seriousness, I would think that fitness instructors might have come across the problem before, maybe even PE teachers. Would there be a FAQ section on a Playtex or Victoria's Secret wensite?

i am in the same boat..but a 36DD and 5'4. The best bras that i've tried (and i've tried basically everything) are by a french brand called Chantelle. You can find them at bloomies or any high end department store.

Finding a good fitting bra is the bane of all women! Just when you find one that really really fits, the store stops carrying that line!!

Your best bet is one of two options. First option would be to go to an upper end store who has a trained fitter. Sometimes stores will hold a fitting clinic.
Second option would be to to a store that Only sells bras. They will be trained in how to properly fit a bra and how to tailor the bra to your person needs.

def V. secret - at least, that's what worked for me - a little pricey, maybe, but really good quality and longlasting. .

I have the same issue. Try bras with extra support and a large underwire.

I would also try a sports bra, they always keep everything in place and are very comfortable to wear.
