Generally, people in southern China tend to be smaller. In the states, I shop at Abercrombie. Shopping wise…if you can afford to travel, Asia has clothing for very small girls. I’ve traveled to various countries in Asia, but I’d say Hong Kong or Shanghai have very small clothing. Generally, people in southern China tend to be smaller.
