125 is a little too much for your height. but its not horrible.

yeah, get down to 108. how to do it? stay away from white bread, white rice, white pasta, fried foods, and sugar.

switch to whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta (or low carb pasta), wild rice. and stick to your good proteins like fish, tunafish, chicken, turkey, some red meat is fine, eggs, nuts, berries, all natural penat butter, and read the book the ABS diet for more info.</description>
