I’m a size 0 that loves working out and has good genes. Does that make me less of a woman? NO.

Instead of saying either, You need to be a size 0 to be real! or Real women aren’t size 0’s, we should say we’re proud of the skin we’re in, no matter how much we weigh.
What I meant about my genes is that my family has a history of fast metabolism. It’s not my fault that I happen to be a size 0. Just like it’s not a voluptuous woman’s fault that she has beautiful curves.

im 19 and i barely fit an A cup bra. the last time i had my period was in july and now its october. i started having my period around 12 years of age and i’ve never have my periods regularly. im going to start taking birth control pills to regulate my periods, but will this also help with increasing my ****** size? im also very petite 4′9 skinny waste, but i have lots of shape. i just want to be (look) normal for once. i feel out of balance.
