Diet / exercise not working. Any idea why?
Wednesday, September 1st, 2010approx. 1.5 yr ago I decided to try and loose weight. I have gone to the gym a minimum of 4 days a week (never missed a week.) I eat healthy all home cooked meals. Approx 3mos ago I have reduced my calorie intake an extra 500 less per day. I have gained almost 15lbs in 1.5 yrs . I am petite only 5′1 . And my clothes do not fit as well as they used to prior to diet exercise
I spend 1-2 hours at the gym. I take aerobics classes for 1 hour sometimes run after wards. I eat protein, oatmeal , low sodium soup , veggies fruit , snack on almonds . Yet i am gaining weight . Can you please offer some advise. WHY this is happening.
* thank you for the notes, each night i attend a different kind of aerobics class . I.e step / salsa / cardio (etc.)
