Friday, February 13th, 2009Breast Reduction Surgery
Thursday, February 12th, 2009Dave Stringham asked:
Breast Reduction, or Reduction Mammoplasty, is the surgical procedure to reduce ****** size and weight through the removal of excess ****** tissue, fat and skin. The plastic surgeon not only makes the ******* more proportionate to a womans figure, but also lifts them.
According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, 114,250 ****** Reduction surgeries were performed in 2005 on women who had excessively large breasts, a condition also known as Macromastia, Mammary Hypertrophy and Mammary Gigantism. Some girls develop ****** overdevelopment (Mammary Hypertrophy) during puberty, while some women develop very large ******* (Gigantomastia) during pregnancy.
All of these women chose the option of ****** Reduction because it was the only way to correct the physical and emotional issues that are caused by excess ****** weight. Reasons for undergoing Reduction Mammoplasty include:
Chronic Neck, Back and Shoulder Pain:
A woman with size “F” cup ******* is carrying approximately six pounds more than a woman with a “D” cup. This additional weight is sustained by the neck, back and shoulders, causing chronic pain in these areas. Many women find relief only through strong narcotics and muscle relaxants, leading to physical addiction, and emotional trauma. As such, Mammary Hypertrophy is a physical disability.
Disproportionate Breasts:
Some women develop ******* that are disproportionate to their overall size, such as a petite woman with “D” cup breasts, who would be very “top heavy” and have difficulty finding clothes that fit properly.
Inability to Exercise:
For many women with Mammary Hypertrophy, the mere weight of their ******* makes it impossible to maintain any kind of exercise routine.
Skin Rashes and Chronic Skin Infection:
Excessive Sweating in the folds beneath large and pendulous ******* results in chronic dermatitis (skin irritation) and even fungal and bacterial skin infections in the inframammary fold. Furthermore, the wires in most support bras further irritate this area, resulting in long-term disintegration of the skin, and agonizing pain.
Breast “Ptosis” or Sagging:
Often, women with large ******* have a pendulous ****** shape, with ******* and areolas (the colored areas around the nipple) that point downward. Their heavy ******* sag so that they must always wear a bra, and cannot wear revealing clothes.
Painful Shoulder Grooves from Heavy Bra Straps:
Painful and uncomfortable indentations result from the need to wear full support bras with tight straps, even to sleep.
Breast Asymmetry:
Breasts with significant “unevenness” make women feel “lopsided” and make finding clothing difficult.
Insomnia:
Many women with excessively large ******* have difficulty breathing during sleep, and often resort to sleeping upright while wearing their bras to bed.
Emotional Trauma:
For many women, the discomfort and self-consciousness from excessive ****** size becomes a problem that overshadows all other areas of their life at work, friendship and romance.
Some health plans cover ****** Reduction for chronic medical conditions, taking into consideration factors such as the amount of ****** tissue to be removed, and how severe the medical, rather than cosmetic, problems are.
During the most common ****** Reduction surgery, the plastic surgeon makes an “anchor-shaped” incision the circles the areola, through a total of three incisions. One incision is made around the areola the colored area around the ******. A second incision is made vertically from the bottom of the areola to beneath the ****** crease. A third incision curves in the under-breast (Inframammary) fold. The plastic surgeon then removes excess tissue, fat and skin, shifting the ****** and the areola into their new higher position.
The plastic surgeon then brings the skin from both sides of the ****** down around the areola, shaping the new contour of the ******. Skin that was above the ****** is lowered to the ****** crease, allowing the surgeon to bring skin together and to reshape the ******.
Often, ****** Reduction is performed simultaneously with a ****** Lift or “Mastopexy,” because the excess fat and glandular tissue that made ******* large and heavy lead to sagging that can only be corrected by a lifting procedure. Men who develop excessively large breasts, or “woman-like” ******* a condition known as Gynecomastia - can also undergo ****** Reduction.

is there a difference between an extra large and a 1X in womens clothing? Where can I find petite plus sizes?
Thursday, February 12th, 2009I don’t care if you don’ asked:
I’m really short, not even 5 feet tall, but I should be wearing about a 1X… the only thing is that all the women’s plus sizes I’ve seen are WAY long when I try them on, the **** part is WAY too big (my ***** are only like a b cup, and they make plus sized clothing to fit ONLY BBW’s with BIG BOOBS), and like the arm holes are always way too big so that you can see my bra and half of my side. Where can I find plus sizes?
And what’s the difference between an extra large and a 1X? If an extra large is too small for me, should I go to a 1X or a 2X?

Wednesday, February 11th, 2009Where can I find small, petite-sized dress pants that look good?
Tuesday, February 10th, 2009Erin B asked:
I’ve been buying size 0-short at Express but even these are too big in the **** and thighs!! I even kinda have chubby thighs, so I don’t get it. It shouldn’t be this hard. I used to get pants at The Limited, but they’re gone now.

Where do you buy your pants if you’re little and short (5′3″ish) like me??

Hermes Birkin, a Must-have to Perfect Your Personal Style
Monday, February 9th, 2009Anna Millman asked:
Is there a handbag with a price of a luxury car or a large mortgage payment, but still in an extremely high demand and limited availability? Yes, it is Hermes Birkin, one of World’s Most Extravagant handbags. Sporting a birkin, you are not just having a bag with rare material, exquisite craftsmanship, and durable quality, more importantly, it makes a statement of your personal style and denotes social status.
It is truly the best of the best, second to none. Not surprisingly, it becomes a staple for fashion diva and celebrities and gets a lot of free advertising from them. There is a beautiful prominent figure who is often spotted with her fabulous Hermes Birkin. Correct, she is Victoria Beckham, an international style icon, fashion designer and also the owner of about 100 Birkin bags. Love her or not, she is the lady who understands fashion and presents herself in a fascinating style. She is quite aware of what is fit for her and what is not, so everything on her is just perfect. The way she wears Hermes Birkin bags has won plenty of admiration. Obviously, her talent can be taught. Here are some tips of how to choose and wear a birkin bag to complement your outfit and represent your personal style.
First of all, select the correct material for your birkin to suit different occasions. The quality of materials reflects the owner’s financial status and taste. Leather is always a wise choice, for it is classic and versatile; works with most outfits and goes with any situation. The most popular leather for birkin is Togo, a smooth textured calf leather. Taurillon Clemence which is made from baby bull is even softer and thicker than Togo. You can also choose buttery soft Chevre (goat skin) or smooth and sheen box. Birkin bags with exotic leathers such as alligator, crocodile and lizard are quite suitable for formal and grand occasions. If you want a casual and pretty look, you can try togo or ostrich Birkin with linen.
Secondly, choose the right sized Birkin to complement your figure. Remember, your bag should work with your size, not against it. If you are petite, go for 25cm or 30cm Birkin. If you are full-figured or tall, 35cm or 40cm Birkin would look best. Haut A Courries which is slightly taller with shorter straps is also called Birkin and very good for traveling use.
Thirdly, choose similar colored Birkin to match your outfit. There is an extensive range of colors for your Birkin bag. If you wear a lot of plain color clothes, Hermes classic colors such as black, orange, Blue Jean and dark gold are the best to match your outfit, or a two-tone colored Birkin would make you look cute and stylish. Greens, pink, fuchsia and Cyclamen are fresh in spring; rouge, red and orange looks gorgeous in autumn; blues, white and violet are popular in winter. Taupe, beige and grey are practical and can blend into more clothes.
Last but not least, always harmonize your Birkin with your outfit, shoes and accessories. If you have seen the photo of Victoria in fuchsia RM Moon dress with a stunning 35cm pink ostrich skin Hermes Birkin, you will get a better idea of what I mean. The pink bag and fuchsia dress match perfectly; the black sunglass has a similar shade with Balenciaga court shoes. Totally, she looks fantastically glamorous! Sometimes, your bag does not necessarily match your dress or shoes, but at least should blend into them. It is more sensible to make sure your bag and shoes are harmonious in style and mood. For example, if you wear sliver or white tone shoes, pair them with a Birkin bag with silver palladium hardware.
If you pay attention to what fits you and what does not, you will gradually cultivate your dress sense and fit into everything chosen by yourself. Needless to say, Hermes Birkin bag is a must-have for any savvy lady who aspires to establish a perfect personal style. Reliable online stores such as www.eurohandbag.com are the best place to buy elegant Hermes Birkin bags. Be mindful that “Fashion is general. Style is individual”, have a good knowledge of your style and learn how to dress properly, because the most beautiful woman is always true to her own style.
