I never understood why retailers such as The Gap, Old Navy, and other famous retailers advertise clothing with small models when they sell larger sizes such as 14-16 for women also, so why don’t they have those women modeling the clothes as well? I love Gap clothes, but can’t stand the fact that they don’t show recognition for those who don’t wear a size 0-10 or whatever sizes they advertise!

I am 4’ 9” and wear a size 0, I have always found it hard to find clothing that are my size and I usually just shop in the kids sections of stores. I was wanting to know if anyone out there has the same problems and where do you shop for your clothes. I want casual clothing, such as jeans, jackets and tops that are form fitting and flattering. Thanks for your advice, but I have shopped these stores and it I always have to have these clothes tailored. I spend $100’s of dollars a year to my tailor. That is the delima that I was trying to avoid.
