If you are a woman who is 5’4” or under, I am sure you have done your fair share of searching for the perfect jean. If you are petite and slim, you probably can never find the perfect fit and length. If you are petite and curvy, you probably have had to purchase a size larger then get jeans hemmed to get the perfect fit. Regardless of your build, we will identify some of the most common attributes of many petite women and help you find the perfect jean! We even have some great brands that we know will be just what you are looking for.
· If you are Petite and Slim, then you are the woman who has great proportions, in terms of jeans. Your smaller feature, such as bust, hips, and waist, allow you to be able to wear a wide range of brands. You should try to aim for straight leg, cigarette, and skinny jeans. These styles will compliment the attributes that you do have, and pairing any of these styles with stilettos, high heeled sandals, or high heels boots will go far in projecting a taller frame. To avoid looking any shorter, do not choose pant or jeans styles that are cropped, cuffed, boot cut, or flood. These styles will cut your frame off at the ankle or shin! Some brands we recommend are:
o Kasil
o Joe’s Jeans
o Citizens for Humanity
o Goldsign
· If you are Petite and Curvy, then you are the woman who has a bit more generous proportions and needs to find a jean that compliments every curve. Your best bet is with a jean that is a combination of cotton and lycra or polyurethane, this will guarantee a better fit for your frame. A dark denim or true black wash will elongate and slim your frame all at the same time. And for added height, through heels on with your dark denim jeans and you will have a striking effect. Some brands we recommend are:
o Old Navy
o J Brand
o Joe’s Jeans
So ladies, what do you think? Are you now ready to embrace the challenge of finding the perfect jeans for your petite figure? Now that you know what to look for you will definitely be the talk of the town. Good Luck and Happy Shopping!

I am in college and looking for some club clothes, but am unable to find any small enough. My waist is 24 inches while my hips are 30. I can not find skirts, shorts, or jeans that fit me snuggly in that area. Any help would be appreciated, but I am really looking for affordable clothing stores online.

I’m very small and petite, but have a large chest(34 D) and really have a difficult time finding clothes that fit and look good on me.
I’m very small and petite, but have a large chest(34 D) and really have a difficult time finding clothes that fit and look good on me.
Does anyone recommend any kinds of tops that flatter a larger chest and are comfortable? I’ve found that kimono tops look good but they tend to shrink my body even more.
Any advice on clothes is very appreciated

I am very frustrated. Not only am I short but I am also very thin so I usually can’t find a 0 or 2 size in any petite section and most of the time a size 2 is way too big. I think it is great there are stores carrying more clothing for petites but all the bottoms come in 3 basic colors and nothing else. I have many black, white, beige/khaki and navy pants and/or capris but cannot add anymore variety of other shades, colors or patterns. Every petite online store has the same colors for bottoms. I know those colors are the most popular but I would like to wear other colors to work. Are there any stores that cater to petite young women. I am in my 20’s and alot of times the petites clothes are too old looking for a young women. Do any stores even exist for just petite women? There are plus size stores so why not at least one petite only store? I have tried shopping in juniors but they don’t make mature enough looking work/office attire for a young women.
