AnswerGirl asked: approx. 1.5 yr ago I decided to try and loose weight. I have gone to the gym a minimum of 4 days a week (never missed a week.) I eat healthy all home cooked meals. Approx 3mos ago I have reduced my calorie intake an extra 500 less per day. I have gained almost 15lbs in 1.5 yrs . I am petite only 5′1 . And my clothes do not fit as well as they used to prior to diet exercise
I spend 1-2 hours at the gym. I take aerobics classes for 1 hour sometimes run after wards. I eat protein, oatmeal , low sodium soup , veggies fruit , snack on almonds . Yet i am gaining weight . Can you please offer some advise. WHY this is happening.
* thank you for the notes, each night i attend a different kind of aerobics class . I.e step / salsa / cardio (etc.)

Syd asked: I’m 5′2 and 100-105 (it changes a lot) but I’m considered chubby by my friends.
I don’t know if its the fact that I’m a 32d and so petite, or because I wear loose clothes, or if its just because my friends are all very thin.
So my question is, which one do you you think is the reason i look chubby?

Jamie asked: I’m pretty petite and I have very small hips, but I’m also fairly busty and have trouble finding clothing that accommodates my bust while still being form-fitting. I’m young and I want relatively young looking clothes, but nothing too flashy or anything with the store name on every item of clothing in the store (like Aeropostale or Abercrombie and Fitch). I also don’t like babydolls or tunics, so don’t direct me to stores that sell nothing but those (like Delia’s). I can’t afford to spend a lot of money on clothing, so nothing too pricy, please (like Abercrombie, Hollister, and Nordstrom’s). Basically, I like to dress conservatively, but I don’t want to look like I’m fifty.
I usually wear a size 00, 00P, or kids’ size 14 in pants, and 4, 6, 6P, 8, or 8P in shirts and dresses (I usually only end up buying the bigger sizes to accommodate my bust and they’re often too loose around the waist). My measurements are 36-26-33 and I am five feet and half an inch tall.

sakura asked: I’m petite yet I’m underweight.Sometimes it’s difficult to find clothes that fit me well, I have to get it altered. I look younger than my age (I’m 29 but some people perceive me 18 or younger especially when I’m not wearing make up). This becomes a problem because sometimes people don’t take me seriously, like when applying for a job. Help please!

KathyS asked: I’m taking a 4 day trip in October and want to just have a carry on bag to avoid the hassle of checking a bag. The issue is that I’m pretty petite and most of these weekender bags are huge and I have a hard time getting around with them (especially down the aisle of a plane!)
Does anyone have an idea for a less bulky bag that can hold 4 days worth of clothing?
I’m well aware of all the regulations as far as what I can bring on board and size of bag by the way. What I am asking is for suggestions on a bag that is not too bulky but is roomy at the same time.
